Ever since Karl took the role of creative director for Chanel in 1983, season after season we wonder what’s his next move.
For this collection, Karl mixed technology, disco and hip hop. Three mayor influences for the outfits. He turn to the ’80s, the ’90s, and to our future for help. We were presented with variations of the Chanel suit, the house’s trade mark. We saw disco ball lights reflections on a dress, “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” caps, and bags with LED lights.
And ladies and gentlemen, let me present you the most fashionable hair tie ever :
